Measure composed of indicators of three dimensions of human development: longevity, education and income. The MHDI adjusts the HDI to the reality of municipalities and reflects the specificities and regional challenges in the reach of human development in Brazil.

Scale varying from 0 to 1, such that the closer to the maximum value, the greater the human development in a given locality.
